We’re happy to match the price of any authourised online UK Waterford Crystal stockist - not from Ebay or an auction site.  If you can find any Waterford Crystal item cheaper than us (including shipping costs – remember we don’t charge a penny for postage in the UK), we’ll match that price.

The item(s) must be new, unused and of best quality – not damaged or of ‘seconds’ quality. They must be in their original Waterford Crystal packaging and available for immediate sale.

If you do see an item elsewhere that fulfills these conditions, telephone (01604 637596) or email us (enquiries@TheUKGiftCompany.co.uk) with the details of the other stockist.  We’ll then make our checks and, subject to the conditions above being fulfilled, we’ll match the price.

Not many websites are prepared to do this - but we are happy to ship your parcel, regardless of value, to any part of the United Kingdom, completely FREE OF CHARGE.

This includes The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. We reckon it usually takes 2 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach you.

We can send your package by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

This ensures that you receive your parcel before 1 pm on the following day, (including Saturday). The cost for this depends on the weight of the package.
